• Seven-day cooling-off period

  This website provides the rights and interests of a seven-day cooling-off period (not a trial period).
  
  Please check the product immediately after receiving the package. There will be a 7-day cooling-off period from the day the product is signed for, and no acceptance will be accepted after 7 days (including holidays). Remarks: The first day of receipt is defined as the time of logging in to the logistics website.

• Return policy

  【Private message notification】 Please go to the fan page of the APGO online store to send a private message to the customer service staff.
  【Provide purchase information】Provide the complete order number or the name of the orderer and the pick-up address (please enter the number or name by type, do not take screenshots or take pictures).
  【Customer Service Reply】After the order notifies the return, we will take back the returned product.
  【Refund time】Refund the product cost to the designated account within seven working days after receiving the returned product.
  【Refund Amount】 When refunding, the product amount of the original order will be refunded (not including the shipping fee).
  
  Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
  1. "Electronic 3C products" cannot be returned or exchanged if the original accessories and warranty cards are in shortage.
  2. If the "APGO Foam Sprayer" is damaged due to improper personal use, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
